Duties & Taxes

Payment Terms

Payment terms are based on order value, customer profile, production requirements, and approved business agreement.

  • Bank transfer or approved methods accepted
  • Orders begin after payment confirmation

Orders & Pricing

All orders are reviewed based on product type, quantity, specifications, and customization needs before pricing is confirmed.

  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Custom orders require final confirmation
  • Quote validity depends on order terms

Warranty & Product Use

Lenox instruments are manufactured to high-quality standards. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage caused by misuse, improper sterilization, corrosion, or handling.

Returns & Claims

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused and unsterilized products in original packaging. All claims must be submitted with supporting evidence.

  • Return approval required before shipment
  • Used products are not eligible
  • OEM/custom products are non-returnable
  • Photos required for claims

Limitation of Liability

Lenox Surgical Instruments shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or delays in delivery.
