Return Eligibility
- Return request submitted within 30 days
- Products must be unused and unsterilized
- Original packaging must be included
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Return approval is required before sending goods

What Is Not Covered
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, dropping, improper cleaning, poor sterilization practices, corrosion from moisture exposure, normal wear, unauthorized repair, or handling outside recommended professional use.

- Custom, OEM, or private label products may not be returnable
- Used or sterilized instruments cannot be returned
